Be Like The Rain

BE LIKE THE RAIN.

Ah, it’s the rainy season at last! Diwali is just around the corner- so get ready to have your firecracker bursting plans destroyed by relentless downpours. All the schoolchildren look forward to this season because it’s the one season where, if it rains heavily enough, they get a day off from school! Some, like me, love rainy days because it’s the perfect time to stay indoors and read a good book or watch as much anime as they can. Farmers and nature enthusiasts love rain because of the water the crops and vegetation get.
And there are MANY more reasons to love the rain! People love it for the scent, for the feelings, for the time, for the mood it puts them in, for the joy, the reminiscences… The list could go on and on, for each person has their own special reason to love the rain!
I think we should all be like the rain, loved by all.

That’s not all. The rain is essentially made up of water and an indispensable step in the water cycle, and I need not enumerate on the uses of water. But there is something about water we need to incorporate into our personality: its versatility. Water is not only employed in various tasks, but it also fits any container, adapting to its surroundings and changing its shape accordingly. We need to be able to adapt easily and fit in in any situation. It is something valuable indeed to learn from this element.

FINALLY, I WILL TELL YOU THE BIGGEST REASON WHY YOU MUST BE LIKE THE RAIN.
THE RAIN CANNOT BE STOPPED, AND LIKE IT, YOU TOO MUST BE UNSTOPPABLE IN WHICHEVER COURSE YOU TAKE! Be the kind of person who is loved and welcomed by all, but feared when you grow angry and relentlessly rain down on the earth. When the rain decides to fall in one place, nobody can stop it. Nobody can change its decision. It defeats all obstacles and bears no enemies. Live with no regrets! Leave your legacy behind like a river that flows forever! Wash away the filth of the world and create a new one that sparkles with purity!
