Hey, everyone! This is another one of my 'spontaneous' poems, and it's about imagination. I, personally, think that imagination is a very powerful thing and everyone should have an active and big one! I mean, imagining things is like seeing a bit of magic right? Magic that only your own eyes can see, magic that you command and control. When we were kids, we all used to play pirates or princesses and stuff. We used to imagine the craziest things! Sadly, as we grow up, we seem to lose those powers slowly... It's quite rare to see a grown up with as active and lively an imagination as a kid. In fact, it so rare that there's probably only one in every FIVE million!
But you see... Imagination brings out the wild, crazy, vibrant enthusiast in a person. And that's the kind of person who can light up ANY day and ANY place, at ANY time, both in their own lives as well as in the lives of the people around them.
IMAGINARY RAIN:
It's raining but the sky's still blue.Seems the clouds are only few.
But I feel the drops slide down my cheeks,
Caressing the skin so deep.
Why is the sun still shining?
I can hear the thunder rolling!
Well simply put, the sun is shining
But the rain still falls for me only
For the rain is but a figment
Of my imagination.
Tell me what you think of this one! And if you think imagination is important too!
Don't forget to share it with your friends!
